M&M Excavating, Inc. is a full service excavation
contracting company located in Chester, VT. We have served the
Chester/Andover/Springfield/Ludlow areas since 1989. Located in
the Gold River Industrial Park at 315 Pleasant Street in Chester,
Vermont, here are some of the services we offer:

Foundations - Specializing in difficult sites, if you're planning a new home or an
addition, we offer complete site preparation services from slabs and
foundations to installation of water, sewer and power.

Ponds - Interested in adding a pond to
your property? We can help you determine the best site and shape
based on the existing natural contour of your land.

Septic Systems - Replacement of old
tanks or leach fields or installation of new in-ground or mound
systems. We are also certified to install the Enviro-Septic
leaching system, a system of treating effluent in sites where
standard in-ground or mound systems do not work.

Roads, Driveways & Drainage -
Proper installation of drainage including culverts & ditches are
typical of new road construction & repair of existing
driveways.

Stormwater Systems - Under the new VT
stormwater rules an excavation over one acre in size must have a
permitted stormwater system. Siltation ponds, stone check dams
and stone lined ditches are typical components of recent stormwater
systems we have installed and must be installed correctly and
inspected regularly.

Stone Retaining Walls - Large custom
stone retaining walls are our specialty.

Gravel, Stone, Sand & Topsoil - We
operate two gravel pits in Chester. Crushed gravel, drainage stone,

Trucking - In addition to delivering
gravel & stone products from our local facility, trucks are
available to move heavy equipment, small buildings & stone
slabs.

Demolition - Hydraulic thumbs on
our excavators make tearing down old structures easy.

Plowing & Sanding - Commercial
plowing, snow removal and sanding is backed up by our fleet of
pickups trucks which are suited to residential snow
removal.

Roadside Mowing - Two
80HP tractors with offset mowers and a 90HP boom mower are available for roadside
mowing. Now scheduling for 2007.
